With over 20 years experience working mainly as a Building Surveyor within both the Commercial and Private Sectors undertaking general Condition Surveys, Commercial Dilapidations and Party Wall Services. In addition Philip has also spent a considerable time undertaking various roles within the Insurance Industry specialising in Technical Claims such as Subsidence, Flood and large Fire losses. As well as acting as Project Manager on a range of diverse projects spanning across several sectors Philip has also spent time providing Specialised Consultancy advice within a large Local Authority undertaking the role of Partnering Manager.

Andrew has over 21 years experience as a project manager and quantity surveyor working on such projects as Cumberland Royal Infirmary, Airedale General Hospital, Bradford Royal Infirmary, Argus Buildings, Brighton and Bochum Parkway, Sheffield. He has extensive knowledge of development requirements relating to the general retail, food retail, leisure, residential, automotive and industrial sectors of the market. Andrew has acted as a client liaison officer for a number of large overseas investors and has lead successful bids for a number of large development sites placed on the market by public sector land owners. He has also provided specialist consultancy services to a number of clients in relation to disputes over dilapidations and contractual claims.
